HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WEBSITE HAD 4 FORD ESCAPES LISTED WHEN I INQUIRED THEY SAID THEY NEVER HAD THEM. I DIDNT SEE WHY THEY WOULD KEEP THEM ON THE SITE IF THEY DONT HAVE THEM. HE WANTED TO KNOW WHY I ONLY WANTED A FORD. SALESMAN SAID "DO YOU WANT TO HAVE THIS CONVERSATION" VERY RUDELY. I HUNG UP THE PHONE. WILL NEVER EVEN LOOK THEIR WAY AGAIN. HORRIBLE.
