I was very impressed with the service I received from JWS. They got us in right away and fixed exactly what needed to be done for a very affordable price. They are very kind people (a husband and wife team), honest and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
They seemed honest, were very nice and very affordable. Friendly, family-owned business - excellent car repair & customer service. They could have taken advantage of me and suggested more work than I needed - but they didn't. In fact, they talked me out of getting something done that they said wasn't necessary (after checking)! Very thorough, and genuinely caring about your car's needs and your personal safety too. Will take the extra time to look into any problems your car has and not just glance at it and write you a bill. They also took the time to explain everything to me! Knowledgeable, caring, Fast and Efficient, Reasonable prices, and most importantly - FAIR and HONEST. Very good people, very good business and I would recommend them. The only reason that I didn't give them five stars is because I brought my car to them to have my engine replaced but I had a separate issue (before the engine went) where the car was idling very low in neutral or standing and choking out (and it's a manual so it was horrible at stop signs n stop lights). After they replaced my engine, they told me one of the workers took it for a test drive and also the day before I came to pick it up they moved it from the back lot to the front for me and no one happened to mentioned that the car was idling low and choking out. It could have been something a worker (who wasn't apprised of the issue when I brought my car there) failed to mention to the owner but I DEF think that would be something worth mentioning in ANY case and by anyone that works there. And I had a long drive home so I REALLY would have liked to know about that (and have them look into it and fix it) before I came to pick it up.
