We were placed at a dirty table while more than half of the restaurant had clean empty tables, the toppings on our pizza, meatballs specifically, were dry and freezer burnt. The waitress just kept staring at us, making us uncomfortable and seemingly found every reason to be next to our table doing random tasks, but never brought us napkins or a fork, spoon or knife. They gave my kids crayons in the dirtiest, stickiest cup I had ever seen. I didn't allow them to even use them. I am not intending to go back. I Would rate less than one start if possible.
Pizzas always done on time and orders always correct. Pizza pretty good, for a chain restaurant.
Service was great and pizza was great too. Deals on mediums and bread sticks were good.

Last time I left a review it was a bad one lol because of how filthy it was. This time it was way better but I have noticed that it is so fkn cold in there. If it’s cold outside don’t keep the temperature the same inside with the AC on!! Put the heat on and make everyone comfortable enough to take their coats on. Everyone that was there or that came in did not take their jackets off. The ones that did, put them back on after 10 minutes!! It’s too cold in there!!!
