Last couple times ordering through drive thru at Taci Bell in Cobleskill sucked. Alexandria does not know how to do her job. She is so slow taking orders, shes rude to customers and gives out the wrong orders. We had to tell her how to take orders.
Numerous times as this time got my order wrong again or sorry ma'am we have no chicken at this time can you wait 15 minutes? Drive thru is horrendous cannot hear when trying to place order. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Nothing like biting into a grilled steak stuffed burrito with no beans that turns out to be hamburger with beans. Check your receipt yep ordered that park get out of car go inside staff rude about it. Would love to give better rating but out of the 2-3 times I've gone here each year for 5 years how do you still keep getting orders wrong?
Very slow service. Trash not picked up on a regular basis.
The service here was slow and one of the guys preparing the food kept coughing everywhere. The whole place is in pretty poor shape. It needs a serious renovation.
